FIRST AID IS THE MOST IMPORTANT LIFE SKILL
First Aid is one of the most important life skills. It’s never too early to empower children with the basic skills that could save lives. From September 2020, First Aid is compulsory taught as part of the HEALTH EDUCATION curriculum in all government-funded schools in England. Learning First Aid Skills early will help children:
Become more risk aware, equips them with skills to keep themselves safe.
Help children stay calm and know how to handle an accident situation.
Willing to help and support others.
Improve communication skills and problem solving skills.
THE EDUCATIONAL FIRST AID KIT
The Hero First Aid Kit is to inspire and support first aid training for children in Vietnam so that our children are equipped with the most important life-skill, First Aid, to help them stay safe and save life.

We’re calling on Vietnam schools and community to create more opportunities for people to learn first aid throughout their life. 1LIFE believes that with our efforts and the companionship of parents, teachers, and everyone, first aid knowledge and skills will be widely shared so that children and community can actively take care and support each other when needed.
At home, parents can teach children from 6 years old basic first aid skills from 1Life’s books with a first aid kit and free video library by age group as following:
