Seizure

With thanks to St John Ambulance

1. Stay calm.

2. Cushion the casualty’s head, remove their glasses.

3. Turn the casualty on their side.

4. Remove any dangerous objects away from the casualty.

5. Time the seizure.

6. After the seizure stops, gently put them into the recovery position.

7. DO NOT put anything into their mouth or restrain or move the person, unless they are in danger.

8. Stay with them until fully recovered.
