Observe the surrounding, avoid dangers such as fire, electrocution, moving vehicles, falling objects, drowning, hostile environment…
1. First check that you and the casualty are not in any danger. If the environment is unsafe, look and call for help.
2. If the environment is safe, carry out frst aid.
