LOVE YOURSELF
1. Sleep: Go to bed early in order to get sufficient rest. A good night’s rest helps keep your strength and concentration.
2. Excercise: go out to play, swim, walk... as much as possible. Don’t watch TV or use the computer, Ipad, phone too often.
3. Diet: Eat a healthy balanced diet. Drink enough water.
4. Hygiene: wash your hands after going to the toilet and before meals. Take a bath or shower and change clothes daily.
5. Hairs and nails: wash your hair often, keep your hair neat and tidy. Trim your nails weekly and keep them short and clean.
6. Teeth: brush your teeth every morning, night and after meals. Visit your dentist regularly.
